Welcome to Proview Innovations. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including uPVC Window Fabrication, Roofing Solutions, and False Ceiling installations.By engaging Proview Innovations for any project, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. General Scope
"The Company" refers to Proview Innovations, based in Gangtok, Sikkim. 1.2. "The Client" refers to the person or entity requesting the services. 1.3. These terms apply to all quotations, sales, and installation services unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing is subject to change based on current material costs (e.g., steel, aluminum, glass). 2.2. Prices are estimated based on initial measurements. Final pricing will be determined after a precise site measurement is conducted by our technical team. 2.3. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of GST, which will be charged at the prevailing rate (typically 18% for construction services).
3. Payment Terms
As we deal in custom-manufactured products, the following payment schedule applies unless specified in your invoice:50% Advance: Required to confirm the order and commence material procurement/fabrication.40% on Delivery: Payable when materials arrive at the site, before installation begins.10% on Completion: Payable immediately upon successful installation and handover. 3.2. Proview Innovations reserves the right to halt work or withhold delivery if payment milestones are not met.
4. Fabrication & Measurements
The Client must ensure that the site is ready for final measurement. If changes are made to the building structure (plastering, flooring height, etc.) after our final measurement, the Client will be responsible for the cost of any re-fabrication or resizing. 4.2. Variations: Slight variations in color or texture of uPVC profiles and roofing sheets may occur due to batch differences from the manufacturer. This is industry standard and not a defect.
5. Timelines & Weather Clauses
We strive to adhere strictly to agreed timelines. However, Proview Innovations is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to 1. Extreme weather conditions (heavy monsoon, landslides, snow). 2. Road closures or transportation strikes affecting material delivery to Sikkim. 3. Unforeseen structural issues at the client's site. 5.2. In the event of heavy rainfall, exterior roofing and window installation may be paused for safety reasons.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide clear access to the work area, including a safe place to store materials. 6.2. Utilities: The Client shall provide necessary electricity and water at the site required for the use of power tools and installation equipment. 6.3. Permissions: Obtaining necessary municipal or local construction permits (if applicable) is the sole responsibility of the Client.
7. Warranty Policy
We provide a 10-Year Warranty on uPVC profiles against discoloration, peeling, or cracking, backed by the manufacturer. 7.2. Workmanship: We provide a 1-Year Service Warranty on installation workmanship (e.g., joint sealing, alignment issues). 7.3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:Glass breakage after handover.Damage caused by misuse, external impact, or unauthorized alterations.Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods).
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Since our products (windows, trusses, sheets) are custom-fabricated to specific dimensions, orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun. 8.2. In the event of cancellation prior to manufacturing, the Company may refund the advance payment minus any costs already incurred (site visits, design work, material ordering).
9. Dispute Resolution
We prioritize amicable resolution of any disagreements. 9.2. Any legal disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gangtok, Sikkim.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
